[TSVN] Installer isssue

When I'm finishing a (re-)installation of the current nightly build,
the last page of the installer has a checkbox - "Show the changelog
after installation is complete" which is checked by default. If I
uncheck it and check it again, no changelog is displayed after I click
the "Close" button on that page.
