I think I fixed it, but now the german and spanish language packs (the ones
with 'native' docs) are missing.

Unfortunately I can't tell from BuildOutput.txt what goes wrong in building
the docs. Both single steps (gendoc.bat and make_installer.bat) succeed on
my machine.
