[TSVN] Apply outdated patch - cannot save

From: Simon Large <slarge_at_slarge.plus.com>

Hi folks,

I just tried to apply Peter Mounce's 2nd patch and although it applied
cleanly with no conflicts, the save icon and menu item in TMerge were
disabled. I had to SaveAs and then copy it back over the original. Is
this the expected behaviour or a bug?

Peter had created one patch, then reverted and created a second, so
after I committed the first, the second patch was then applied to a
newer revision - if that makes any sense ;-)

Another TMerge/Patch observation: the window which lists the files in
the patch always floats over the merge windows, obscuring the view.

Simon
