Hi
I run TSVN v1.1.5, talking to a Win2003 server running Apache.
I recently (couple minutes ago) tried to checkout the trunk of TSVN so I
could work on a patch for the docs (about the permission problem I was
having the other week, which I found the cause of).
* I did a checkout from http://svn.collab.net/repos/tortoisesvn/trunk, and
got an error 400, bad request.
* I remembered that this hadn't worked the last time I tried it, because of
the network setup here (or something). The workaround was to checkout over
https.
* I did a relocate on my empty WC (the directory had been created, with
attendant .svn dir) to change the repo url to
https://svn.collab.net/repos/tortoisesvn/trunk.
* I got a dialog asking me whether I wanted to accept a security
certificate, which I said "yes, permanently" to.
At this point, I _think_, explorer hung. To be honest, though, I didn't
think anything of it, and swapped to my browser to read something while I
waited. However, ten minutes later, it's sat there with an hourglass and a
(Not Responding) suffix. My intent had been to then do an update - rather
than delete the WC and re-checkout over https.
I just ctrl-alt-del'd to get task manager and a run dialog, and my taskbar
has disappeared, so I guess this is a crash, not just a
wait-for-it-to-come-back problem.
Process Explorer tells me nothing in particular is asking for CPU.
If I can reproduce this, what further information would be useful to send?
