Instead of the added overlay, we now show the modified overlay for added
files too. So there still is an overlay shown for such files, just not a
separate one.

If Windows would have enough overlay slots available, we wouldn't have
to do that. But since these slots are very limited (install TCVS and
TSVN together and you'll know the limitations) we have to not be greedy
with those and only use what's _absolutely_ necessary!
