[TSVN] Show Log Broken

I just did a build of HEAD at r3105

Show Log doesn't really work very well. When it initially comes up, it
will only show 1 entry, and that is only if the HEAD entry is included in
the path. For example, if I take the option on your branches or tags
folder I do not see the last 100 log messges for that path, I see no
messages. If I do it on trunk, I see the single HEAD entry and that is
it.

The Next 100 option will work if there is at least 1 entry, otherwise it
gives an error about "Invalid argument encountered."

Also, as someone else has pointed out, where there are no entries, the
dates are weird looking.
