Hi Zsolt,

That is no bug, but documented SVN / TSVN behaviour. Exisisting files /
folders are *never* overwritten by an update if they are not under version
control. The same applies for files which differ only in case.

Please check whether these folks are running into a case rename problem,
which is the most common cause for this kind of error and take the
appropriate action by installing a script on your server that prevents
renames.
