No, not really.

If you do a "Show Log" on an individual file, you can select any 2 revisions
and do "Compare Revisions".

I was thinking of this type of functionality - but where the list of files
(and revisions to be compared) are generated from the user selections in the
"Log Messages" window for the directory. (Essentially a graphical
alternative to the unified diff).
