[TSVN] TSVN menus broken in WinRAR

Hi Stefan,

In WinRAR if I open an archive and then try to extract to folder, the
TSVN menus are blank. This is not something I want to do, but I suspect
it means it will be broken in other places too. TCVS works fine from the
same menu. Picture attached.
