[TSVN] Show log initialisation

Hi peoples,

When I first open the revision log dialog for a folder, no revision is
selected and nothing is displayed in the comment and file list panes. If
I press any key (even shift) or change focus, there is still no rev
selected, but the lower panes are filled in for the highest rev.
