[TSVN] Weird behaviour with TSVN 1.2.0

Hi Folks,

I'm running TortoiseSVN 1.2.0, Build 3070, UNICODE on WinXP SP2.

Today I got the following message several times when I tried to access a
repository with TortoiseSVN. One upon a commit, once upon show log, once
upon checkout.
Roughly translated: "An application requests access to a protected object"
(See screenshots).
Sometimes the description is in chinese, sometimes in english.

When I click on "OK" or "Cancel" TortoiseSVN proceeds as if nothing has
happened. Afterwards I don't get the message again until I reboot my PC or
go to lunch or whatever. To me this looks like there is an issue with the
cache communication / initialisation, since the message only shows up with
my first access to a repository:
1) after a reboot or (first cache access)
2) when I leave mc PC alone for a while (cache completely invalidated?)

Has anyone else observed this?

Cheers
- Lübbe
