That's the color of the edit-control's non-client area, which is the
area the icon is drawn on. You think it should have the same color as
the edit control's client-area?
Hmmm - do you maybe know how to get that color?

That's a problem with the scintilla control. I've just updated that to
version 1.63 - maybe that will solve that problem.

I can't see that here. What do you mean with "randomly scrambled"?
