[TSVN] Build Procedure Questions

I have still some problems with the build procedure of TSVN trunk:

I originally created my build environment to build TSVN 1.1.x, so I
followed that build procedures in build.txt. It contains a section about
getting the precompiled berkeley db module from the tortoise web site.
This section is missing in trunk/build.txt. What is the "official" way
of getting the bdb when creating TSVN 1.2 from scratch?

My build.bat manages to build all the modules up to the windows
installer. The TortoiseSVN*.msi file is created, but no language pack.
The build script calls make_installer which gives an error:
"Der Befehl "MakeNSIS" ist entweder falsch geschrieben oder konnte nicht
gefunden werden."

Is there a file missing?
