[TSVN] Cannot edit existing subversion properies using only keyboard

When I open the Subversion tab of a file's properties, I can use the
keyboard arrows to step through the list of properties that are set on
the file. However, the dropdown and text controls below the list are not
updated to reflect the newly selected property, like it is when you use
a mouse click to select it. In fact, it is not possible to edit an
existing property using only the keyboard.
