[TSVN] TortoiseSVN feature request

This is a feature request for TortoiseSVN.

When committing a large directory, TortoiseSVN must scan for a long time to
determine what to commit, and after it has completed scanning, it requires
the user to click another button to do the commit. Please add a setting to
allow the commit to proceed without any prompting if there are no conflicts,
so that large commits can be done without sitting there waiting for the
initial scan to complete.
