[TSVN] Usage question... Required permissions?

Hi all

Since I installed SVN on one of our servers (which I did as a domain admin)
and set it up (Windows 2k3 running Apache 2.0.52), I have had my network
permissions downgraded.

I can no longer commit to or create repositories in the directory I've set
up. I get this error when committing:

"
Commit failed (details follow):

Can't create directory
'D:\SubversionRepositories/HandsetConfig/db/transactions/31-1.txn':
Access is denied.
"

and this one when attempting to create a repo:

"
Subversion reported an error while creating a repository!
Make sure the folder is empty and not write protected.
"

The directory that the repos are stored in is d:\SubVersionRepositories.

I have full control of that directory (as in, my account, specifically).

The directory is shared on the network.

I'm accessing the directory via SSPI security. Or, not, as the case seems
to be :-( I have cleared my authentication cache and attempted again. I am
correctly specifying my domain as part of the username.

I have not set up per-directory permission schemes for directories within
any of the repositories. I am reasonably sure no-one else has either,
because no-one would know how, or attempt to. I can't check, though, on my
current level of access. However, I'm the only person on this project, so
why anyone would is beyond me, anyway.

Checkouts and updates work fine currently.

_All_ of this has worked fine in the past (but I couldn't tell you when
precisely because it's been a while since I've done any proper development
on a project using SVN). I believe at the time, I happened to also be a
domain admin.

I have searched the online manual for "permission" and was surprised to see
it doesn't occur in the text.

Wibble?
