[TSVN] TMerge overwrites data (was [Bug] Checkout on folder with existing files fails)

Actually, two days ago TMerge did overwrite my data. Perhaps someone
might want to investigate or reproduce the bug I reported some days ago.
TMerge 1.1.5 destroyed all characters in a UTF-8 text file that (so my
guess) could not be converted into the local code page. So it replaced
all kyrillic and chinese characters with question marks.

If I had detected this with the release candidate I would voted this an
absolute show stopper :-(
