[TSVN] Using SVN to Check-out project

Hi!

This is great stuff! I wish I had known about this sooner.

My understanding is that all I need is the SVN client (TortoiseSVN) running on my WIN2k to be able to "check-out" the "speex" project folder at http://svn.xiph.org/trunk/speex/ . I also don't need a local server running on my workstation...correct?

However, I'm getting the following error message, when I use TortoiseSVN to checkout:

        PROPFIND request failed on '/trunk//speex'
        PROPFIND of '/trunk/speex': could not connect to server (http://svn.xiph.org)

I appreciate any help you can provide.
