[TSVN] TSVN-1.2.x and svn 1.1.x server

Now TSVN is built against the svn 1.2.x client, can it still work ok
with an svn-1.1.x server? I know the 'svn client 1.x and svn server 1.y
are compatible but latest features might not work' but does TSVN require
these latest features now it is using the new APIs? Or does the SVN
client code silently fall back to using the old APIs albeit with reduced
functionality?

I'm just thinking that admins may not be so quick to upgrade servers to
1.2, but many users may download the latest 1.2.0 TSVN client when it is
released.
