From the user interface perspective: you'll have to recreate this
functionality from scratch, as gnome, gtk, whatever linux gui library
you chose, have nothing in common with the Microsoft Foundation
Classes, which are used for TSVN.

In addition, whatever "Explorer" application you choose in linux,
you'll only reach a tiny fraction of svn's userbase (why not
Konqueror, mc or emacs? ;-)
