[TSVN] Nightly build program name

Hi folks,

The name of last night's build is
"TortoiseSVN-1.2.0.3009-dev-UNICODE_svn-1.1.2.msi" which implies that it
is built against SVN 1.1.2. Shouldn't that be 1.2.0RC1, or is it SVN
HEAD?
