[TSVN] A bug in tortoiseMerge

I think I found a bug in tortoiseMerge, I tried to compare two files
which are identical but one of them has a newline at the end, and the
other doesn't, I expected tortoiseMerge to show a difference at the end
of the files, but it showed nothing, and the left pane was white all the
way down.
