Right. That's why I brought the Ctrl modifier into the discussion. Don't
change the menu, just do something different if Ctrl is hold down in the
moment you click. You can just use right click to open the menu, then
you hold down Ctrl and click on "Lock" which will display a dialog.

I saw it as a way to reduce the needed items because we had reports
about cluttered menus.
