[TSVN] disable webdav access

Hello.
This is my subversion configuration on solaris 9:
subversin-1.1.3
apache-2.0.53
Berkeley DB-4.2.52
openssl-0.9.7d

also I have install TortoiseSVN-1.1.4. What I would like to do is to
disable my WindowXP webfolder (My network Places) access to the
repository. Any hints or point to documentation on how to do it.
I considered using svnserver instead of apache BUT I need to set group
access ( Require group in HTTP Basic authentication) to the repository.
