[TSVN] TSVN 1.1.4: Applied patch cannot be saved

Hello,

if I apply a patch with TortoiseSVN 1.1.4, TMerge opens and creates
nicely looking files. However, the "save" button is not activated such
that I cannot save the patched files. Have I overlooked anything or is
it not possible to apply a patch permanently?
