Hit another one though; may be related.
1. Create a folder on your desktop (wherever)
2. Checkout something into said folder
3. Open folder
4. Remove all files, including the ".svn" folder, using Explorer
(shift-delete or something)

The overlay icon for this folder seems to never reflect the fact that the
folder is now no longer a working copy but just a plain folder.
Reopening the folder, refreshing with F5, nothing really helps..

I have a feeling like this might have been reported before?
