[TSVN] Folder overlay icon not properly updated when commiting

Problem:
Folder overlay icon not properly updated after commit.

Reproduction recipe, follow closely:
1. Create a folder on your desktop so that you can see it all the time
2. Checkout something into said folder
3. Open folder (in explorer)
4. Modify something (a file) inside said folder, save changes
5. Close said folder (explorer) window
6. Wait a bit.... The folder should now have a red exclamation mark over it!
7. Right-click folder, choose SVN Commit
8. Write a message and commit

The folder icon on your desktop *still* has a red exclamation mark over it.

9. Refresh your Desktop a couple of times (F5 / 'Refresh'), it _still_ has
an exclamation mark.
10. Repeat 9 as you please.

Now,
11. Open the folder in explorer
12. Like magic, the overlay on the folder is changed, and the Desktop is
also refreshed!
13. Close the newly opened window and everything's fine.

Can anybody else reproduce?
