I'm not sure I'm reading you right, but I think that's the suggestion.

Sounds wrong to me too, for what it's worth, since both TSVN and the
CL should handle just fine that you have files in conflict in your WC.

(Except that it does some real ugly thing with popping a bunch of
files with different names in your WC... Something I've never
understood.. Or tried to, for that matter, heh)
