[TSVN] Issue Tracker problems!

I tried, I really tried.

First I failed to realize that you can only half-ass ASCII format
anything in Flyspray. If you do indentation, you'll have to resort to
PHP Markdown, which is horrible - I just couldn't get it to work
right. At last I went for adding HTML in the comment text - I kept it
as minimal as possible (2 tags).

I would rather have closed the case and created a new one where the
'details' text was formatted correctly instead of adding more comments
with copy/pasted text. But alas, I don't have enough privilege to
close the case.

Second, I apparently don't have enough privilege in the issue tracker
to upload files. So I can't add the screenshots that accompany this
issue.

Please fix?

I might wait for a resolution before adding any other issues..
