Look in the help file under Daily Use -> Project Settings.

Set subversion property 'tsvn:logminsize' to some value > 0. You need to
set this property on each folder that might be independently checked
out. If you only ever check out trunk then you can set it on the trunk
folder. If you are not sure, you can set it recursively and it will be
applied to all sub-folders as well.
