No doubles intended. so it should have read "None of the unversioned
files were selected".

So structure was
C:\Delphi\AutoZip\Branches\madshi
C:\Delphi\AutoZip\Branches\resume
C:\Delphi\AutoZip\Trunk
In the madshi branch the versioned files were:-
TestZip.dpr
TestZip.dofr
TestZip.cfg
TestZipForm.pas
TestZip.Bat
TestZip.INI
SampleCreateZip.txt
and a folder "DCUs" although the contained .dcu files are excluded
Non versioned files were
TestZip.dsk
TestZip.bkm
TestZip.res
TestZip.map
TestZip.exe
So all the versioned files in the the madshi folder were selected (ctrl
click) and finally a right click on a highlighted file and SNV Delete,
followed by commit with log entry.
The folder disapeared as a result of the commit, because the
corresponding log message is present in the log.
I repeated the exercise with a freshly created branch and all went OK,
so it was a one off event.
Peter.
