[TSVN] TortoiseMerge crashes Windows XP!

Hi,

I have a configuration file (for a 3rd party tool) that is stored in my
subversion repository.
The file is 30KB of XML, with everything on a single line.

I've just tried to see the changes between the file on my hard disk and
that in the repository
using TortoiseMerge and Windows (XP, service pack 2) crashed sufficiently
badly that
I had to reboot.

Just to check it wasn't coincidence, I did the same thing again, and got
the same results.

TortoiseMerge opens, displays something that looks sensible, but then as I
move the
mouse into the window (although I'm not certain that the mouse movement is
essential)
the system stops responding. After a few seconds the screen goes black,
then comes
back at a lower resolution and lower colour depth, and Windows reports
that a reboot
is necessary. (It's a 6 line error message, so I can't remember what it
said)

There's no log file generated so I'm not able to give much extra info. If
there's any data I
can usefully capture about the crash, then please let me know!

Thanks

Neil
