Number 2).
There are some bugs in 1.1.3 that forces some people to use 1.1.2 or a
nightly build at the moment (spaces in filenames). I would definitely
like to see a bugfix release before all the 1.2 stuff gets added because
this will take some time of course.

The new Cache is mostly stable now, but I think issue #4 is still a
blocking issue (<http://tortoisesvn.berlios.de/issues/?do=details&id=4>)
