[TSVN] bug report: update vs. commit.

Action:
        1. delete an versioned file
        2. create a new one, the same name.
        3. add this file to be versioned (not commit)
        4. update the folder.

Apperance:
           failed, no error description.

Result:
         this file cannot be version controled any more
         when commit or update the folder, error appears
                  "found malformed header in revision file"
