[TSVN] Diff / merge tool info in docs

Hi folks,

I have added a new section to the daily use guide on viewing diffs, and
it includes information on teh various external diff/merge tools
available. This is compiled from the FAQ and from info you have sent in
on this list. If you feel I haven't done justice to your favourite tool,
please feel free to submit some amended text for inclusion.
