[TSVN] libdb42 vs libdb43 in nightlies

Hi Stefan,

I see you've reverted to libdb42 again and added the berkley distro to
the repository. Do I need to do anything to the nightlies builds
(re-configure/update the link settings in the vcproj files of svn etc)
to have the builds done correctly? They are still running, but not sure
if they are correct or not.
