Just fyi, but in your example above, you would not need to create the
"1.0" folder, just the folders leading up to it. Typically, you would
want to let the Branch/Tag operation create the 1.0 folder. There is a
patch in progress for Subversion that will hopefully make it into 1.2 so
that all of the folders could be created by the svn copy operation.
