[TSVN] "is probably out-of-date" error

Hi,

I keep getting an error on commit telling me the given file is out of
date. The only way to solve this is to do a new checkout. Removing the
file and updating the dir doesnt. However since I am the only one really
commiting on the repo with a single checkout its simply not possible for
me to have a non uptodate version.

I looked in the issue tracker and didnt see anything like this mentioned.
