[TSVN] Overlay Icons sometimes display wrong status

TortoiseSVN 1.1.3, Build 2811

The Overly Icons display the wrong state in windows explorer, not only in
the folder tree but also in the right hand file list. Sometimes (on the
first redraw of the list) the folder status shows the correct red symbol
(modified files deep in the folder), and after a few seconds the icons
refresh, showing all green. It behaves as if the cache fails to recognize
the "recurse into folders" flag which I have checked.

Is this a known problem? I have not seen an issue in the tracker for wrong
overlay icons, only on too many icon refreshs.
