NOOOO!
The reason we're using our own issue tracker was that with the one on
tigris.org it's not possible to prevent people from creating new
issues. Now we can prevent them from doing that. But if we would allow
people to add stuff to existing issues, they would just add completely
unrelated stuff to any issue they find (since they can't create new
issues like "my computer doesn't work anymore, please help me").

We can give you an account if you really want to do that. But only if
you're willing to to that often - for single adds you can mail them on
the list and we will add the comments then ourselves.
