[TSVN] Show Log is taking ages!

Hi!

We're using Subversion and Tortoise on a fairly large project - ~8000
files and hundreds of directories. We're currently at revision 2667, and
doing a "Show All" when viewing the log takes nearly 3 minutes until the
dialog becomes responsive again.

Because the dialog will only show the last 10 entries or so, "Show All"
has to be used quite often.

Is there any hope of fixing this?! A realtime update of the log entries
would be nice (just show them as they're coming in from the server..).
Or perhaps even a realtime fetch when the scrollbar is used?

If this should be a subversion problem, it would be nice if TSVN could
just cache the output from the last log run, and only ask for the newest
log entries!

BTW: It would be nice if the 3 panes in the log window could be resized
individually! I would also like to have a toolbar over the log messages
(in addition to the context menu).
