That's easy to fix. Depending on the version you use there is a checkbox
in the diff/merge options (in Advanced in 1.1.3 release and earlier)
which says something like 'Convert files when diffing against base'. The
polarity has changed recently to make it easier to understand. Anyway,
click the checkbox and the problem will go away. The penalty is a
slightly longer delay while TSVN strips out keyword conversions.
