[TSVN] Bug: checkout under Windows XP

Hi,

under Windows XP I can't checkout a project with TortoiseSVN 1.1.3.
The error message is

Can't copy 'D:/xxx/vitess/trunk/WWW/.svn/tmp/text-base/window1.gif.svn-base'
to 'D:/xxx/vitess/trunk/WWW/window1.gif.tmp' : Das System kann die
angegbene Datei nicht finden.

The project files are checked out partly with many files missing.
Stopping the virus checker before checking out had no effect.

The file window1.gif is part of the project.
checkout with svn version 1.0.8 (SuSE Linux 9.2) or svn version 1.0.5
(Solaris) shows no problems.

The URL is https://www.hmi.de/svn/vitess (Apache Web server,
subversion-1.0.5, Solaris)

I like TortoiseSVN and it's smooth integration to the windows GUI,
but this bug would prevent our windows fans from using it.
