The Freeware ExamDiff is files only, but it can handle Unicode which some
oter tools can't.
Examdiff Pro handles directories, editing the diffs plus some other goodies
and isn't expensive either. When I compared ExamDiff Pro and Beyond Compare
about a year ago ExamDiff, came out as my favourite.
