I had a similar problem yesterday. Build of 06.03.
Explorer hangs TSVNCache took about 300MB memory -- increasing 2mb every
sec, then I killed TSVNCache and it worked again.
I tried to open a file through a "file - open - dialog". Overlay icons
are enabled in explorer AND open dialogs.
