[TSVN] Suggestion: Disable Browsing Changes when doing a Merge with Dry-Run option set

Hi all,

I would like to suggest 2 small changes in TSVN's "Merge" user interface

1) Disable the browsing of changed files by double clicking an item in the merge
status list when the dry-run option was set. Currently it is possible to launch
TortoiseMerge or the Diff Viewer by double clicking on a changed item. As TSVN
is not capable of viewing the file changes in this case launching these tools
doesn't make sense (and leads to errors for files having conflicts).

2) Another thing I would like to see in the "SVN Merge..." status dialog is some
kind of indication when a "Dry Run" Merge was performed.

Roland
