[TSVN] Small problems with the "Select Overlay Set"

I installed build 2769 (on XP SP2) a few minutes ago and (as always)
opened the Settings. When I clicked the "Select Overlay Set" button in
"Look And Feel" tab, the set list was empty. I have "icons"
subdirectory in the TSVN's directory with five icon sets and they are
not empty.
Any ideas?
