[TSVN] Revision graph in 2769

Hi Folks,

I haven't updated TSVN for a couple of weeks and just tried the revision
graph. I finally found the accelerator keys for zoom. On my laptop I get
the following:

Zoom in:
+
Ctrl +
Ctrl UpArrow

Zoom out:
Ctrl -
Ctrl DownArrow
(- alone doesn't work)

Pan left:
LeftArrow, Ctrl-Left, Shift-Left
PageUp, Ctrl-PageUp, Shift PageUp

Pan right:
RightArrow, Ctrl-Right, Shift-Right
PageDn, Ctrl-PageDn, Shift-PageDn

The menu does not tell you what the accelerators are.

I can still get a blank graph using this trivial case:
Create new repos
Checkout to empty folder
Add file to WC
Commit
RevGraph the folder
I can go on adding files and committing. Still no graph for the folder,
although the files graph OK.
