[TSVN] Ignoring folder name extensions in the commit dialog does not work

TortoiseSVN 1.1.3, Build 2502

I don't know if this is already fixed in trunk, since I reported this
some time ago. If it is fixed, please ignore this mail.

Steps to duplicate:

* In a working copy, add a new folder test.cs_
* Select SVN Commit... on the parent folder.
* Enable "Show unversioned files"
* In the file list, right click on the test.cs_ folder
* Select Add to Ignore List --> *.cs_

--> TSVN displays an error message:
     Could not add * to the ignore list!

I would have expected that TSVN adds *.cs_ to the parent folder's ignore
list.
