[TSVN] TortoiseSVN - FAQ

I install TortoiseSVN, make local repository, import repository layout,
import my project. But when I try to checkout my project, I receive
error message:
Unable to open an ra_local session to URL
Unable to open repository \'file:///D:/SVNRepository/Trunk\'
Can\'t get shared lock on file
\'D:\\SVNRepository\\locks\\db.lock\'When I try to open repository by
Repo-Browser, I receive the same messages. What\'s wrong?
